Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks -
- 2 tsps redchilli pdr -
- 1 tsp turmeric pdr -
- 1 tsp coriander pdr
- salt water soya boil the and add this pdrs with the chunks until soft and keep aside
- 1 tbsp coconutoil -
- 2 onion chopped -
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 greenchilli -
- curry leaves
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsps soyasauce -
- 1 tbsp redchilli pdr -
- 2 tbsps coriander powder -
- 2 tsps garam masala -
- 1 tsp mustard seeds -
- 3 redchillies -

- METHOD
- boil the soya chunks n squeeze the liquid and cut into small bite sizes
- In a pan add oil onion , gpaste,greenchilli,saute until onion s cooked then add all the powders and sauce when raw smell s gone add the soya chunks cook until dry... g+
- in an another pan add oil ,mustardseeds,redchillies, curryleaves and add to the above mixture nix it well until dry...
- n serve hot it luks as it of beef ularthiyathu.....
